I am delighted to welcome Laure to the practice as Associate Cranio Sacral Therapist.
I have known Laure for many years, initially as a patient and later as a fellow student at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy in London. Having experienced first hand the transformative effects of Cranio Sacral Therapy, Laure went on to retrain as a therapist herself.
Throughout her training, I have seen her develop into a thoughtful, intuitive and compassionate practitioner whose values closely align with my own. I am delighted she is joining the practice and know she will provide the same high standard of care that my patients have come to expect.

ABOUT LAURE
My journey into Cranio Sacral Therapy began through my own experience as a patient.
For over 20 years, I worked in the translation industry in a demanding, deadline driven environment. Like many people, I became used to living with constant stress and simply pushing through, no matter how exhausted I felt. Alongside this, I had experienced significant life events, including the loss of my mother at a young age, a traumatic birth experience of my own and a difficult birth with my son. At the time, I didn't appreciate how deeply these experiences had affected my nervous system.
Eventually, my body could no longer keep going. I was living with constant exhaustion, overwhelm and burnout, and no amount of rest seemed to make any difference.
When I began treatment with Kate Stuart, everything started to change.
As my treatment progressed, I began to understand the profound connection between my physical health, my nervous system and the experiences I had carried throughout my life. Gradually, my body began to feel safe again. Long held patterns of tension started to unwind, my energy returned and, for the first time in years, I felt like myself again.
The changes I experienced were so profound that they inspired me to retrain as a Cranio Sacral Therapist. I wanted to understand this work more deeply and be able to offer the same support to others that had made such a difference to my own life.
Today, I combine my professional training with my personal understanding of what it feels like to live with stress, anxiety, trauma and nervous system dysregulation. I know how overwhelming life can become when your body feels stuck in survival mode, but I also know how remarkable the body's capacity for healing can be when it is given the right support.
My approach is gentle, compassionate and centred around listening to what your body needs. Every treatment is tailored to you, creating a calm and supportive space where your nervous system can begin to settle, helping your body move towards greater ease, balance and wellbeing.
Whether you are seeking support for stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, chronic tension or simply want to improve your overall wellbeing, I look forward to welcoming you to the clinic and supporting you on your own healing journey.
