Appointments are available with Kate Stuart, Founder and Lead Cranio Sacral Therapist, and Associate Cranio Sacral Therapist Laure Rajan.
Kate specialises in supporting adults, babies and children with a wide range of physical, emotional and nervous system related concerns. She offers clinic appointments Monday to Thursday, children’s clinics on alternate Saturdays, and local home visits for newborns and young babies on selected Fridays.
From September 2026, I am delighted to welcome Laure Rajan to the practice. Having experienced the life changing benefits of Cranio Sacral Therapy herself, Laure retrained at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy in London and has been carefully selected to join the practice. She shares the same gentle, compassionate and patient centred philosophy of care and will be offering appointments every Monday and alternate Saturdays, helping us provide increased appointment availability.
Availability
I am currently booking around six weeks in advance, so I recommend booking the earliest appointment you can, together with a couple of follow up sessions, to secure ongoing support.
If an earlier appointment becomes available, clients on the cancellation list are notified automatically and appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Home Visits
I also offer home visits for newborns and very young babies where travelling to the clinic would be too difficult.
Home visits are available on selected Fridays within Teddington, Hampton Wick and Hampton Hill.
£95 per one hour session.
Booking Recommendations
For the best continuity of care, I recommend booking your initial consultation together with at least two follow up appointments, as availability can become limited.
This helps ensure your treatment plan can progress without unnecessary delays.

£85 follow-up adult session (60 mins)
£80 initial child consultation, treatment plus written feedback (40 mins)
£73 follow-up child session (40 mins)
£85 baby (up to 12 months) session (60 mins)
£75 baby (up to 12 months) follow-up session (40 mins)
£95 home visit for newborns or young babies (60 mins)
£400 for a block of 5 adult sessions (pre-purchased for ongoing support)
£350 for a block of 5 child sessions (pre-purchased for ongoing support)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation & Booking Policy
As an independent therapist, I reserve appointment times specifically for each client and therefore operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Individual Appointments
A minimum non refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee can be transferred to use for a future appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
Please note that appointments within my Saturday paediatric clinic require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule.
Block Bookings
Block bookings may be purchased at a discounted rate. Block bookings are valid only for the named client and are non-transferable.
As discounted treatment packages involve reserving appointment availability in advance, block bookings are normally non-refundable once purchased. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled subject to availability, but unused sessions are not normally refundable.
Consumer Rights
If you purchase services online, you may have cancellation rights under UK consumer law. However, by booking an appointment within 14 days of purchase and proceeding with treatment, you expressly request that services begin immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected once services have commenced.

SICKNESS POLICY
For the wellbeing of all clients, please do not attend if you, your child, or anyone in your household has symptoms of a contagious illness, including a new cough, sore throat, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, flu, COVID-19, chickenpox, conjunctivitis, etc.
If you or your child are unwell, the standard cancellation policy still applies. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment (including due to sickness) will be charged in full.
