I am currently booking around 5 weeks in advance, so I recommend booking the earliest appointment you can, along with a couple of follow-up sessions, to secure ongoing support. If an earlier appointment becomes available, clients on the cancellation list are notified automatically and appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis.
I also now offer home visits for new borns or very young babies (where travelling to my clinic would be too difficult) in my local area Teddington, Hampton Wick and Hampton Hill on selected Fridays at £95 per 1 hour session.
BOOKING RECOMMENDATIONS
I recommend booking your initial consultation session and then at least 2 follow ups as my schedule fills up quickly.
This will ensure you will be on my schedule for timely follow up sessions.

£93 initial adult consultation, case history, treatment & feedback (70 mins)
£85 follow-up adult session (60 mins)
£80 initial child consultation, treatment plus written feedback (40 mins)
£73 follow-up child session (40 mins)
£85 baby (up to 12 months) session (60 mins)
£75 baby (up to 12 months) follow-up session (40 mins)
£95 home visit for newborns or young babies (60 mins)
£400 for a block of 5 adult sessions (pre-purchased for ongoing support)
£350 for a block of 5 child sessions (pre-purchased for ongoing support)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
As an independent therapist with a full client schedule, I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or missed within 48 hours will be charged in full. This applies in all circumstances, including illness.
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible and I will always try to accommodate where I can. If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement appointment will be offered.
Please note this policy does not apply to my Saturday paediatric clinic, where a minimum of one week’s notice is required to reschedule.
A minimum non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to reserve all appointments.
The remaining balance can be paid at the time of booking or in person at your appointment.
The booking fee is non-refundable, however it may be transferred to another appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Block bookings (where available) may be purchased at a reduced rate. These are valid for the named client only and are non-transferable. As sessions are discounted and treatment time is reserved in advance, block bookings are normally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
In line with UK consumer law, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to online purchases. However, if you choose to begin your sessions within this period, you agree that your right to cancel is waived.

SICKNESS POLICY
For the wellbeing of all clients, please do not attend your appointment if you, your child, or anyone in your household is unwell with a contagious illness (including but not limited to sickness/diarrhoea, flu, COVID-19, chickenpox, conjunctivitis, etc).
If you or your child are unwell, the standard cancellation policy still applies. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment (including due to sickness) will be charged in full.
